Medisilk Spa, an Italian Company founded in 2019 intends to promote the study and research applied to the development of medical device and cosmetic / cosmeceutical formulations for prevention, conservation and regeneration of the functional and aesthetic integrity of skin, mucose and skin annexes, for the health and well-being of the person, even in the surgical, post-traumatic and chronic pathological fields; the study and research applied to development of medical devices and cosmetic / cosmeceutical formulations in the veterinary field; the study and research applied to the use of Epifibroin properties which may provide advantages and solutions in the field of environmental applications.

Medisilk has acquired the right of use of the industrial invention Epifibroin 0039 – patented by ALPRETEC S.r.l. in Europe, USA, Japan. Epifibroin is an innovative line of Medical Devices, based on 100% pure Silk Fibroin with permanent antimicrobial protection, for the treatment of skin lesions.
